Day 24:Part 7

Subject: Updated Shipping Procedures
Date: March 19

Dear Team,

I am writing to inform you of several changes to our shipping procedures that will go into effect on April 1.

First, all outgoing packages must now include a printed shipping label generated through our new tracking system. Handwritten labels will no longer be accepted. If you have not yet received training on the new system, please contact the IT department to schedule a session.

Third, fragile items must be packed using the new protective materials that were delivered to the warehouse last week. These materials provide better protection during transit and will help reduce the number of damaged goods reported by customers.
