なぜやるか
場所を表す単語は、TOEICのあらゆるパートに登場します。Part 1では写真に写っている場所を正しく聞き取る必要がありますし、Part 3・Part 4では「会話はどこで行われていますか？」という設問が定番です。Part 7でもイベント会場やオフィスの所在地を読み取る問題が頻出します。このLesson 8を終えると、場所に関する基本語50個が瞬時に出てくるようになり、「どこの話をしているか」を迷わずキャッチできるようになります。
やり方
以下の手順で、50語を一気に頭に入れましょう。
- 50語を上から順に、英語「意味を声に出しながら確認しましょう（1周目：約5分）」
- 50語を通しで3〜5回繰り返しましょう（回すたびにスピードを上げていくのがコツです）
- 意味の列を手や紙で隠して、英語だけ見て0.5秒以内に意味を言えるかテストしましょう
- テストで8割以上の単語を瞬間的に思い出せていたら、次のLessonに進みましょう（完璧を目指さなくてOKです）
