なぜやるか

Part1の6問中3〜4問は「人の動作」を問う問題です。基本動作の動詞を知っていれば、音声が流れた瞬間に正解の選択肢を聞き取れるようになります。

 

このLesson 02を終えると、Part1頻出の基本動作動詞を覚え、特に間違えやすい wear と put on の区別ができるようになります。

やり方 / 解説

基本動作の動詞

Part1で最もよく出る「人の動作」を表す動詞です。すべて現在進行形（is/are + Ving）で使います。

動詞意味ポイント

    → 彼は廊下で箱の山を運んでいる。

  6. A passenger is reading a magazine on the train.
    → 乗客が電車で雑誌を読んでいる。

  7. The receptionist is writing something on a form.
    → 受付係が用紙に何かを書いている。

  8. A group of tourists is looking at a map posted on the wall.
    → 観光客のグループが壁に貼られた地図を見ている。

重要：wear vs put on の区別

Part1で最も間違えやすいポイントの1つです。写真は「一瞬の場面」を切り取ったものなので、状態を表す wear が正解になりやすく、動作を表す put on はほぼ正解にならないということを覚えてください。

put on〜を着る動作（着る瞬間。写真ではまず正解にならない）
remove / take off脱ぐ・外す動作

オリジナル例文

  1. She is wearing a white lab coat.
    → 彼女は白い白衣を着ている。（状態 → 写真で正解になりやすい）

  2. He is putting on his jacket.
    → 彼はジャケットを着ているところだ。（着る動作の最中 → 写真ではまず正解にならない）

  3. A worker is removing his safety helmet.
    → 作業員が安全ヘルメットを外している。（外す動作）

見分け方: 写真で人が服を「すでに着ている状態」なら wear。袖に腕を通している最中など「着る動作の瞬間」が写っていない限り put on は不正解。
