なぜやるか
「either A or B」「not only A but also B」などの相関接続詞は、Part5の動詞の数の一致問題として頻出します。どの名詞に動詞を一致させるか（近接原則）を知らないと正解できません。また、「The fact is that~」などの表現はPart7でパッセージの論点を掴む力に直結します。このLesson 06を終えると、相関接続詞の構造と動詞の一致ルールが身につきます。
構文解説
either A or B / neither A nor B
either A or B：「AかBのどちらか」→ 動詞は近いBに一致（近接原則）
neither A nor B：「AもBも〜ない」→ 動詞は近いBに一致（近接原則）
both A and B：「AもBも」→ 動詞は複数扱い
Either the manager or the team leaders are responsible for the final decision.
→ 部長かチームリーダーたちのどちらかが最終決定に責任を持つ。
※ 近いteam leaders（複数）に動詞are が一致Neither the CEO nor the board members were informed of the change.
→ CEOも取締役会のメンバーも変更について知らされていなかった。Both the client and the contractor have agreed to the new terms.
→ クライアントも請負業者も新しい条件に同意した。（複数扱い）

文頭に not only が出ると倒置が起きる:
– Not only did the team finish ahead of schedule, but they also came in under budget.
→ チームは予定より早く完成させただけでなく、予算以内に収めた。
※ not only の後ろは did S V の語順になる
The fact is that~ / The trouble is~ など
文の論点・主張を明示する表現。The + 名詞 + is + that節の形をとる。
