なぜやるか
TOEICのPart5では「require / allow / enable / expect + O + to do」という形の動詞が頻出します。また「see / hear + O + do（原形）」と「make + O + do」の形は、受動態になったときに「be made to do」とtoがつく点が問われます。このLesson 13を終えると、SVOCの不定詞パターンと原形不定詞の受動態変化を正確に使い分けられるようになります。
構文解説
expect O to~ / require O to~（SVOC + to不定詞）
目的語（O）と不定詞（to do）がセットで補語の役割を果たします。

知覚動詞 + O + 原形 / ~ing
see / hear / feel / watch + O + 原形：動作の全体を捉える
see / hear / feel / watch + O + ~ing：動作の途中（進行中）を捉える
The supervisor saw the engineers examine the blueprints before starting assembly.
→ 上司はエンジニアたちが組み立て開始前に設計図を確認するのを見た。（全体）The quality manager noticed several workers ignoring safety protocols during the inspection.
→ 品質管理部長は点検中に、数名の作業員が安全規則を無視しているのに気づいた。（進行中）
受動態では to がつく
- She saw him leave. → He was seen to leave.（能動：原形、受動：to + 原形）

→ 部長は廃棄前に古い機器を点検してもらった。
makeの受動態：be made to do~（toがつく）
– The staff member was made to work extra hours to cover the shortage.
→ そのスタッフは人員不足を補うために、残業を強いられた。
